Michael from Little Rock, Arkansas
Case description: I was riding along Interstate 630, when
I lost control of my vehicle due to a blowout. After gaining
control of my vehicle, I got out and notice that my tire had
just unwrapped itself. Although the tire was ruined, the air
never escaped...
I contacted the Firestone store here in Little Rock and was
told that I would have to buy new tires and be paid back by the
manufacture. I really don't think that's fair to the customer.
This accident caused damage to my truck. How am I supposed
to get this repaired. I don't think I should have to put it on
my insurance or pay some type of deductible.
Please send me the proper steps on how to handle this....
