Donna M. C. from Rockford, Illinois Make of Vehicle: Chevy Malibu Date of Accident.: 6-2000 While going to work I heard a loud thump and felt something hit the front of my car. I was just about to inter the freeway, so I was luck enough to be going at a slower speed and was able to keep control of my car. My concern is that my tires nor the replacement tires I purchased from the local Firestone are not on the list. They are Affinity Touring P215/60R15 BL. How can I be sure that the replacement tires are safe? Has anyone else with these tires experienced this problem? The local Firestone dealer refuses to listen to my complaint or answer any of my questions.
