Robert D. from Carlsbad, CA Make of Vehicle: Ford Explorer Case description: I feel that Firestone should reimburse me
for the cost of the tires, even though I am not on the recall
list. I don,t want to wait until they realize they made another
mistake and find out that, "oops, it wasn't just the tires
that came out of Decatur, Illinois plant, it was all of them."
I would rather be paid for my tires and take my business to BFG
than wait around for an accident to happen before they realize
their mistake. If anyone else feels this way, I'd really like
to hear from you. I have the new Wilderness AT's (P235/75/R15). |
