Tire Subject to Recall
I was very lucky. I was not injured but my car was damaged by a tire separation. The tire was inflated to specs. I had shown my tires to a Firestone Dealer and he said that they were a part of the recall. They had no tires for me and said that they would put me on a waiting list. When the tire separated, it was 79 degrees. My damage will run about $5000. I am driving a Ford Explorer.
