On October 5,1999 I was entering Raleigh, NC on route 1. An oncoming car came out into my lane and crossed me. At that time I estimated that I should have enough time to apply the brakes and veer to the left to avoid the car. The next thing I knew, I heard a loud pop, the truck lost control, had front side impact with the other car involved and rolled over 8 times.
